1 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the CW77 platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. By completing registration, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person. CW77 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended or permanently closed and any pending withdrawals may be held pending review.

Registration is open to individual users who are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting based on their own personal circumstances and jurisdiction. CW77 does not make representations about the legality of online gaming in any particular location — it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that your use of the platform is lawful given your personal situation.

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, valid contact details, and preferred payment method information. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

2 Account Rules

Each individual may hold only one CW77 account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Bonuses or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. CW77 will treat all activity carried out using your username and password as authorised by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your consent, contact CW77 support immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including CW77 support staff — CW77 will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify support without delay if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

CW77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds within it to another person. Accounts that appear to be operating under someone else's control will be flagged and reviewed.

3 Deposits

All deposits on CW77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and approved mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

Deposits are generally credited to your CW77 account balance within a few minutes of confirmation by your payment provider. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, contact support with your transaction reference and the issue will be investigated promptly.

• Only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be withdrawn subject to standard identity verification checks.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your own name. CW77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposits on your account without prior written verification.

Before a withdrawal is approved, CW77 may require identity verification including a copy of a valid CNIC or passport, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method ownership. Members who complete this verification during registration experience significantly faster withdrawal processing.

• Standard withdrawal processing times range from a few hours to 2 business days depending on the payment method and verification status.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion having been met in full.
• CW77 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving withdrawals above certain thresholds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

CW77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered members. Each offer has its own specific terms including the wagering requirement, eligible game or betting categories, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bonus amount, and expiry period. Standard bonus conditions that apply across all CW77 promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated period. Bonuses that expire before requirements are met will be removed from the account balance.

CW77 offers sports betting across Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other major sporting events. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up until bet confirmation — the final accepted odds are those recorded in your bet slip.

CW77 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or limit stakes on any event or market at its discretion. Situations where bets may be voided include but are not limited to: match abandonment without a result being determined, verified data errors in published odds, evidence of match manipulation, or technical errors in bet acceptance systems.

• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and are final once confirmed during play.
• In the event of a dispute over a result, the official governing body's result will be used as the basis for settlement.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed in the bet slip and may vary by sport, event, and market type.
• CW77 may limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets at its discretion.
• Suspicious betting patterns — including apparent insider knowledge or systematic exploitation of pricing errors — may result in bets being voided and the account being reviewed.

For Cricket specifically, markets include match winner, series winner, top batsman, top wicket-taker, over/under run totals, session betting, and ball-by-ball live markets. Settlement is based on the official scorecard from the relevant cricket governing body.

7 Casino & Fish Games

CW77's Casino section includes Live Casino tables, slots, table games, and Fish Games. All games are provided by third-party game studios and use certified random number generators (RNG) where applicable. Live Casino games use real human dealers streamed via video and are governed by the rules of the specific game variant as explained in the game interface.

9 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
